Community guidelines
NMA is an 18+ space designed for calm, voluntary and respectful conversations. These rules apply to profiles, chats, requests, Stories, Diary, comments, media and every other interaction.
You must be at least 18 years old. Do not create accounts for minors or allow a minor to use your account.
Grooming, exploitation, sexualisation, solicitation and any sexual content or contact involving a minor are prohibited.
Use your own photographs and non-misleading information. Do not impersonate others or use stolen photos or fake accounts.
A no, silence, a block or a closed request must be respected without insisting or trying other channels.
Do not pursue, intimidate, insult, monitor or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to interact.
Do not pressure anyone for photos, sexual content, personal information, calls, video calls or meetings.
Blackmail, threats, emotional manipulation, sextortion and any attempt to obtain content or behaviour through fear or pressure are prohibited.
Do not share, threaten to share or retain against someone’s wishes intimate images or content received privately.
Attacks, insults or discriminatory content based on origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, identity, sexual orientation, disability or other personal characteristics are not allowed.
Credible threats, incitement to violence, unlawful violent content and conduct that places others in real danger are prohibited.
Do not publish addresses, phone numbers, documents, private information or other personal data belonging to someone else without permission.
Do not use NMA for scams, deceptive requests for money, exploitation, the sale or purchase of sexual services or other unlawful activity.
Do not send repetitive promotions, mass messages, automated content, malware or deceptive links.
Do not create other accounts to evade blocks, suspensions, restrictions, safety checks or moderation decisions.
Do not promote challenges, meetings, activities or behaviour that expose others to serious risk, coercion or loss of control.
You can block an account or report a profile, message or item of content using the tools available in the app.
Where possible, report the specific content involved. This allows NMA to retain the context needed for review.
The existence of a report does not automatically result in a penalty. NMA considers the content, context, severity, immediate risk, previous behaviour and available evidence.
Deliberately false, abusive reports or reports used to intimidate another person may themselves breach these rules.
Depending on the case, NMA may issue a warning, restrict certain features, place an account under review, remove content, temporarily suspend access, close the account or restore it after review.
A temporary restriction may be precautionary and protective and does not necessarily represent a final decision.
NMA may use technical checks, automated rules and support tools to identify spam, evasion, anomalies or potentially dangerous content.
These tools assist moderation but are not treated as infallible. Where context requires it, the case may be reviewed by a person.
Content involving minors, credible threats, exploitation, serious violence or other immediate risks may be prioritised, removed quickly and result in immediate protective measures.
Where required by law or necessary to protect the people involved, NMA may preserve evidence and cooperate with authorised parties.
Removed content, messages, media and information linked to a report may be retained separately for as long as needed to review the case, handle an appeal, prevent abuse or defend rights.
Removal from public view does not always mean immediate deletion of material retained for safety.
Where available for the measure applied, you may submit an appeal through the app or the channel stated in the notice you received.
The appeal is reviewed using the available information and does not guarantee immediate restoration.
Do not use information obtained through NMA to harass, follow, blackmail, expose or contact someone against their wishes through other services or in real life.
If there is immediate danger, contact the relevant authorities or emergency services. NMA is not an emergency service.
